We are currently seeking a Recruiter to join our Talent team at the corporate office in Edmonton. This role will manage the full talent life cycle, from job description creation through to job offer, working closely with hiring managers and providing positive candidate experience to every single applicant.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist hiring managers write engaging job postings that attract talent.
  • Use your extensive research and creative skills to build diverse candidate pipelines.
  • Identify, engage, and select the best candidates for our current roles and build a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
  • Attend Career fairs and other recruiting functions as needed.
  • Conduct application screening calls or other creative requests to select candidates for interviews with the team.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in person interviews with appropriate team members.
  • Recommend and manage short-list interviews, recap discussions, and make offers to candidates.


What You Bring

  • Post secondary education, preferably in Human Resources.
  • RPR designation considered an asset.
  • 2-3 years recruitment experience.
  • You are comfortable working with Microsoft Office suite of software.
  • Experience with an ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Glassdoor are helpful.
