We are growing our European operation, and we are now looking for a Head of Regional Sales - a dynamic investment business leader with established market knowledge and client base who can accelerate our business and manage our remote located sales team (new client acquisition and partnerships/alliances).

Reporting line: Head of Global Sales

Responsibilities

  1. Materialize existing contacts/clients into new business opportunities.
  2. Develop new leads via market research, conference attendance, cold calling, and any other mode suitable for establishing new prospects.
  3. Lead the Recruitment efforts to build the team alongside with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager.
  4. Meet monthly and annual sales targets set together with management.
  5. Identify opportunities in the market and monitor general developments of competition.
  6. Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. Act as primary contact for strategic/VIP accounts.
  7. Engage with Sales Admin in pre-sales, sales and post-sales phase (full customer life cycle) for support, resources needed for the overall quality execution.
  8. Ensure that sales processes are organized in accordance with the Company’s policies and regulatory requirements.
  9. Inspire, mentor, motivate and ensure productivity of sales force.
  10. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  11. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.
  12. Participate in new hires selection process and mentor/inspire new team members (playing coach) plus maintain company values and corporate processes and policies.

Qualifications

  1. 10+ years in commercial/client facing roles in Financial Services/Banking industry.
  2. Knowledge and understanding of the securities market.
  3. A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline in the First 90 days.
  4. Strong track record as highly performing sales individual and managing a senior sales team in our specific industry.
  5. Generally motivated for Sales (Hunting and New Business development) and highly energetic with a good sense of time management.
  6. Strong command of English. Additional languages will be an asset.
