Job Description:


Particularly, this role is responsible for the analysis and trend identification of recurring issues and he/she participates in the creation, maintenance and support of ITS Knowledge Base articles and support documentation.


The incumbent is a case resolution specialist and owns the lifecycle of a received case to Information Technology Services from creation to resolution.


Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 year diploma in Computer Systems Technician, or equivalent;
  • Minimum 2 years' experience is required as a technical client service representative; including 1 year of concurrent experience as a computer technician and client facing frontline client service supporting IT services and technology.
