We are in search of a skilled Litigation Attorney specializing in personal injury to manage plaintiff cases from initiation to conclusion. The ideal applicant should possess at least 3 years of expertise in personal injury litigation and demonstrate the ability to take charge of cases within a results-oriented practice, monitoring progress and settlements effectively.

Primary Duties:

  • Independently oversee plaintiff cases from beginning to end
  • Consult with clients and navigate cases through various litigation phases
  • Develop case strategies aimed at timely resolutions
  • Manage settlement targets on a weekly basis
  • Supervise support personnel
  • Collaborate with peers on case strategies
  • Participate in ongoing legal education and professional development
