Job Summary:
The CCTS-CPRST is seeking a highly skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in resolving telecommunications and television complaints in a fair and impartial manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with disputing parties to attempt to mediate a successful resolution
- Investigate complaints and recommend appropriate solutions based on the facts of the complaint
- Escalate complaints to Investigations when necessary
- Administer Codes of Conduct to complaints, as applicable
- Support other departments on special projects and initiatives
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 high school diploma, or equivalent (post-secondary education in a related field strongly preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years' experience handling complaints or in a dispute resolution environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry is an asset
- Previous experience using mediation techniques and dispute resolution best practices
- Bilingualism (French/English) strongly preferred
- Strong ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Outlook skills
