It is with this view and vision that we are currently seeking a
Human Resources Coordinator for an 18 months contract (Maternity Leave Replacement) Under the direction of the Human Resources Business Partner, and working out of our Laval, QC office, this position will support a variety of human resources initiatives.

Main responsibilities will be to assist the HR department with recruitment, follow-ups and special projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare job postings and post them on job boards and social media
  • Take charge of part of the staffing process (CV screening, phone interviews, taking references, welcoming and integrating new employees, etc.)
  • Work closely with payroll to enter and maintain employee data
  • Follow up on employee leave of absence
  • Produce reports and respond to requests for information for our internal clients
  • Provide support to the HR department
  • Any other related tasks.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Interest in data management and recruitment

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma in Human Resources (DEP, AEC, DEC) or any other relevant training
  • Minimum of three (3) years in a similar role within an HR team
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, including an intermediate level of Excel
  • Language: French / English, spoken and written
