Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our team as a Director of Human Resources at Bédard Ressources. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for fostering a positive organizational culture and contributing to the development of a work environment that promotes employee well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a human resources management strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Support and advise managers in their HR-related responsibilities, ensuring compliance with provincial laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate health and safety management, as well as relations with the prevention mutual and CNESST.
  • Supervise administrative aspects of HR, including certificates, employee records, and communication distribution.
  • Participate in the recruitment process and develop and revise the company's benefits plan.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a relevant combination of education and experience.
  • Membership in the Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP or CIRA) is an asset.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a Director of Human Resources or in a similar position.
  • Proficiency in French, both oral and written, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
