We are seeking a motivated and talented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Apprentice. This unique opportunity allows you to gain valuable hands-on experience while pursuing a state-certified Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Your Role:
- Provide comprehensive support to the HR Director in managing daily HR operations.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of five professionals on various HR projects, including recruitment, onboarding, absence management, legal compliance, personnel administration, and training initiatives.
Your Skills:
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to teamwork.
- Possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Exhibit initiative, confidentiality, and a proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in standard office software applications is essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree +2 or equivalent - Preparation for Bachelor's degree +3.
Remuneration:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience and qualifications, as per the apprenticeship contract.
