The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated and responsible individual to join our team as an HR Assistant. This apprenticeship position offers the unique opportunity to combine academic studies with real-world work experience in the field of Human Resources.

Your Role:

  • Provide administrative support to the HR Manager, assisting with tasks such as payroll processing, employee training coordination, and internal communication initiatives.
  • Manage personnel documentation, recruitment processes, and employee development programs.
  • Contribute to internal communication efforts by updating relevant materials and ensuring clear and consistent messaging.

Requirements:

Ideal candidates will possess a strong academic background in Human Resources Management or a related field. A BAC +2 degree or equivalent ECTS credits is required. A commitment to learning, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach are essential for success in this role.

Compensation:

The compensation package for this apprenticeship position is based on the established pay scale for apprenticeships, ranging from 43% to % of the SMIC, and will be determined based on your qualifications and experience.
