We are currently seeking a Human Resources Apprentice - Project Coordinator (M/F) for one of our partner organizations.

As an apprentice, you will engage in a 12-month apprenticeship contract aimed at obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (Level 6 Certified Title - Bac - acknowledged by the State and validating ECTS credits). The academic training will be conducted by the institution in Laval, with 70% of your time dedicated to practical experience within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Human Resources Development:
    - Actively assist in the recruitment process for interns and apprentices
    - Prepare onboarding processes for new employees
    - Contribute to the management of temporary staffing solutions

    Training Support:
    - Aid the Training department in the administrative aspects of training management

    Internal Communication:
    - Create and distribute monthly newsletters
    - Support the implementation of workplace well-being initiatives

    Employee Engagement:
    - Assist in preparing for various audits
    - Contribute to the preparation of elements for social policy consultations (social balance sheet, gender equality report)
    - Facilitate the monthly committee for improvement proposals

Candidate Profile:

  • We are looking for a proactive, engaged, organized, autonomous, and meticulous individual. Strong listening and communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Google Drive.
  • Prerequisites: BAC + 2 - Preparing for Bac + 3

Note: Candidates should expect to undergo a pre-selection interview, an admission test, and a review of their application file.

Compensation: % of the SMIC according to the remuneration grid of the contract.
