Job Title: Human Resources Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate payroll documentation, analytics, and metrics for diverse requirements
  • Maintain accurate employee records
  • Encourage collaboration and professional support within the department

  • Draft employment confirmations and various employee-related documents
  • Update and manage multiple databases
  • Oversee the evaluation process at the conclusion of probation periods
  • Respond to employee inquiries and promote a positive workplace environment
  • Handle data entry and explore new training opportunities
  • Organize training sessions and monitor attendance
  • Contribute to health and safety training sessions
  • Facilitate accident prevention initiatives
  • Engage in corporate accident prevention strategies
  • Coordinate company events and activities

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a diploma in administrative techniques or a related field
  • Fluent in French
  • Proficient in the Office 365 suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in French; English proficiency is an advantage
