Accounting Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate accounting records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial transactions.
  • Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data.
  • Maintains full accounts receivable subledger system including issuing invoices, recording payments, receipts and preparing bank deposits, and ensuring all accounts receivable are collected and paid in a timely manner.
  • Maintains full accounts payable sub ledger system including coding and posting invoices, having invoices approved for payment and/or issuing of any cheques as required.
  • Handle payroll processing.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, etc.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Solid knowledge of account analysis and reconciliation processes
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$30.00 per hour
