Commercial Specialist
- Epiroc is now hiring a Commercial Specialist based in Ontario or Quebec.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support our customer facing team in bringing solutions to our customers ground support challenges, in order to allow our customers to spend more of their time mining.
- Take responsibility for the S&OP
- Ensure healthy stock levels and optimized supply pipeline.
- Align demand plan and supply plan to support growth objectives.
- Working with Marketing team on new product demands.
- Manage product pricing.
- Prepare and track budget performance.
- Customer tenders.
- Manage product structures within Epiroc systems.
- Support Customers, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Technical Service Representatives.
EXPERIENCE: KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but a combination of education and experience may be considered INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS: Familiarity with Epiroc systems procedures is advantageous but not essential SKILLS AND ABILITIES: Technical, intellectual focus a great deal of attention devoted to developing a creative solution to problems. Good communication skills. Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people in various functions. Some travel is expected within Canada, but this is predominantly an office role. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel in particular). Enjoys working with numerical data, and the ability to efficiently summarize data using Excel and other tools. A strong ability and desire to solve problems.
