**Commercial Specialist**

Epiroc is now hiring a Commercial Specialist based in Ontario or Quebec.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support our customer facing team in bringing solutions to our customers ground support challenges, in order to allow our customers to spend more of their time mining.
- Take responsibility for the S&OP
- Ensure healthy stock levels and optimized supply pipeline.
- Align demand plan and supply plan to support growth objectives.
- Working with Marketing team on new product demands.
- Manage product pricing.
- Prepare and track budget performance.
- Customer tenders.
- Manage product structures within Epiroc systems.
- Support Customers, Account Managers, Customer Service Representatives, and Technical Service Representatives.

EXPERIENCE:
KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred but a combination of education and experience may be considered.

INTERNAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity with Epiroc systems procedures is advantageous but not essential.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

- Technical, intellectual focus a great deal of attention devoted to developing a creative solution to problems.
- Good communication skills.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to find common ground with people in various functions.
- Some travel is expected within Canada, but this is predominantly an office role.
- Excellent computer skills, including MS Office (Excel in particular).
- Enjoys working with numerical data, and the ability to efficiently summarize data using Excel and other tools.
- A strong ability and desire to solve problems.
