Bunzl is excited to hire an experienced **Sales Professional** for the **Montreal region**, with a focus on the **Cleaning & Hygiene** channel in the areas of Janitorial and Sanitation, Disposable Packaging and Safety PPE products. This is a perfect position for someone who knows how to manage both simple and complex sales.

**Responsibilities**

You'll work towards growing your sales and gross margin through the following six (6) sales priorities:

- Identifying, qualifying and selling new customers.
- Introducing and selling product innovation to current customers.
- Introducing and selling product categories to current customers who purchase elsewhere.
- Replacing competitive products of non-preferred vendors with preferred vendor products.
- Upselling current customers to new or replacement products available.
- Introducing and implementing new services that help improve our customers business. Example: Move them from phone orders to E-Commerce.

This position is supported with a comprehensive on-boarding, training and mentoring program designed to help you make an immediate impact on growing your sales and gross margins.

**Requirements**:

- a college or university degree or diploma upon graduation is preferred.
- ability to effectively deliver both verbal and written communication
- a strong aptitude for organization
- experience s using MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel & Power Point) that help support and supplement a positive customer experience and strong organizational skills.
- Travel is required with this position including overnight stays.

Bunzl désire embaucher un professionnel de la vente expérimenté pour la région de Montréal (QC) et des environs, focalisé sur le segment **nettoyage et hygiène** dans les secteurs conciergerie et assainissement, emballages jetables et produits d'équipement de protection individuelle. **Responsabilités**

Vous travaillerez à favoriser la croissance de vos ventes et de la marge brute en appliquant les six (6) priorités de vente suivantes:

- Identifier et qualifier les nouveaux clients et réaliser des ventes.
- Présenter et vendre des produits innovants aux clients existants.
- Présenter et vendre des catégories de produits aux clients existants qui achètent ailleurs.
- Remplacer les produits concurrents de fournisseurs non privilégiés par des produits d'un fournisseur privilégié.
- Faire des ventes incitatives de produits nouveaux ou de remplacement disponibles aux clients existants.
- Présenter et implanter de nouveaux services pour favoriser les affaires de nos clients. Exemple : Les faire passer des commandes par téléphone au commerce électronique.

Ce poste est appuyé par un programme complet de socialisation organisationnelle, de formation et de mentorat conçu de façon à vous aider à avoir une incidence immédiate sur la croissance de vos ventes et des marges brutes.

**Exigences**
- Diplôme d'études collégiales ou universitaires.
- Capacité de communiquer efficacement verbalement et par écrit.
- Solides aptitudes d'organisation.
- Expérience de l'utilisation des produits MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel et PowerPoint) pour appuyer et compléter une expérience client positive et de solides aptitudes d'organisation.
- Nécessité de voyages de plus de 24 heures.
