Vous serez chargé d'analyser l'activité par compte ou par groupe de clients de manière à fournir des informations précieuses pour atteindre vos objectifs de performance commerciale. Vous devez comprendre la gamme de produits, le portefeuille de clients et le marché au sein duquel vous travaillez afin d'optimiser leur activité, en utilisant tous les produits et outils à votre disposition.
- Atteindre ou dépasser les attentes en matière de budget de vente
- Comprendre en détail chaque client de votre portefeuille de comptes.
- Connaître le marché ; positionner le prix des produits pour gagner des affaires avec la gamme de produits Danawares
- Identifier les nouvelles opportunités de produits qui maximisent le portefeuille.
- Suivre les progrès de l'activité de vente en mettant à jour le CRM avec les informations de contact, les notes de vente, les copies des soumissions de catalogue et les prévisions pour s'assurer que la demande du client est planifiée.
- Assurer la connaissance de toutes les stratégies promotionnelles pour tous les comptes
- Utiliser efficacement le logiciel de gestion des ventes personnalisé et suivre de manière disciplinée son utilisation dans la communication de l'avancement des ventes.
- Assister à toutes les réunions nécessaires à l’interne avec tous les départements.
- Se déplacer si nécessaire pour rencontrer les clients
- Développer et mettre en œuvre les meilleures pratiques pour maximiser la création de stratégies, les pitchs, les présentations, les affaires conclues et les victoires.
- Cultiver les relations commerciales et créer une expérience client exceptionnelle tout au long du cycle de vente.
- Fournir un retour d'information factuel et précieux sur une offre de produit de la part de vos clients.
- Faire preuve de réflexion stratégique et de leadership dans toutes les relations avec les clients.
- Favoriser une culture du professionnalisme dans tout ce que vous faites à l’interne et à l’externe, en assurant des relations saines avec tous les clients et les parties prenantes.

**Compétences, expérience et formation requises pour ce poste**
- Au moins cinq ans dans un rôle de vente directe dans l'industrie des produits de consommation courante.
- Solides compétences en matière de relations interpersonnelles, de leadership et de communication
- Connaissance des détaillants Canadiens - contacts
- Excellentes compétences en négociation
- Maîtrise de : MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint et Canva
- Discipliné avec des compétences de base en gestion de la relation client (CRM)
- Axé sur les solutions
- Déterminé

This role will be responsible for analyzing the business by account or by customer grouping in a way that provides valuable insight in support of your sales performance goals. Accountable for understanding the product line, the customer portfolio, and the marketplace, you work within to optimize their business, using all products and tools available to you.
- Meet or exceed sales budget expectations
- Understand in detail each customer in your account portfolio
- Knowledge of the marketplace; product price positioning to win business with Danawares product line
- Identify new product opportunities that maximize the portfolio.
- Track the progress of the sale activity by updating the CRM with contact information, sales notes, copies of catalogue submissions, and forecasts to ensure customer demand is planned for.
