We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a DocuSign Department Account Administrator.

As a Department Account Administrator, you will manage and maintain our company's DocuSign account for multiple departments, ensuring that all users have access to the appropriate features and functionality and that all documents are stored securely and easily accessible when needed.


A DAY IN THE LIFE:

Manage and maintain the DocuSign account for specific departments, including user access, document storage, and account settings.
Assist department users in properly using DocuSign, including sending, signing, and storing documents.
Support standardized use of the correct templates and ensure readily available templates to all user groups.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in using DocuSign throughout the organization.
Monitor account usage and provide reports on usage statistics and trends to business directors and finance.
Work with DocuSign technical support to troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the account or software.
Merge multiple legacy user libraries under one master account.
Support Bayshore's Learning Management system tools with new training videos from the DocuSign library.
Recommend updates and improvements as needed.

Job Qualification

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in account administration, preferably with DocuSign or similar software.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Teams and other productivity software.
