ADP is hiring a Business Solutions Consultant to join its Professional Advisory Services Team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing reviews of current business processes for clients in their current state to identify efficiencies. You will provide direction and recommendations to clients in a consultative fashion, acting as the lead consultant and partnering with skilled associates within the Advisory Services team. You will be accountable for identifying, developing, and presenting business solutions and strategies to meet specific business needs.

Responsalbilities:

  • Project management: assess scope, analyze current state, build and document efficiency logs, communicate recommendations, propose solutions and provide direction.
  • Define and analyze current data points
  • Meet with client key stakeholders to understand current processes
  • Document current state and highlight focus areas
  • Present key recommendations to our clients' representatives
  • Partner with sales teams when opportunities for new business arise

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of HCM experience
  • Minimum 5 years of business consulting and or integration experience
  • Minimum 5 years project or people management
  • Experience with Implementing HCM and/or Benefit solutions
  • Superior client service and communication skills
  • Highly developed planning and organizational skills
  • English/French bilingualism is strongly preferred
