Job Status:
Regular Full Time
Hours of work: 40 hours per week, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
Handle daily print and visual requests from all news production groups
Select and archive valuable material for current and future productions, social and historical relevance
Provide stills and graphic elements for on-air presentation, graphics, and news reports -ensure copyright compliance/meet tight deadlines
Assist with special projects and news events (e.g., Elections, Olympics, in-depth research for coverage)
Post-secondary education in Library Studies, Broadcasting, Journalism, or equivalent experience
Strong editorial judgment, deep knowledge, and interest in history, news, current affairs, and pop culture
Experience with digital asset management systems, Avid MediaCentral Cloud UX, and iNews preferred
Excellent internet search and fact-checking skills; familiarity with news/image databases (CP Images, Getty, ProQuest, etc.) is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with flexibility, especially in a remote setup
Proficiency in French required for roles in Quebec

For 'Hybrid' work setups, candidates must be based in Canada and present at a Bell office for at least 3 days a week.
