Position Summary:

  • Communicating instructions to all lecturers in your assigned course.
  • Collecting materials from each lecturer (e.g. PowerPoint slides, readings) and uploading them into the course platform.
  • Assisting and managing online sessions (Zoom) to help the lecturers with any technical issues in their respective courses.
  • Staffing inperson courses including setting up registration and receiving and settingup catered lunch and snacks.
  • Staying in communication with Summer Institutes manager on all aspects of your assigned course.
  • Help with other office tasks as required


Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities- Proven ability to have great attention to detail in an event setting- Comfort with all features of Zoom including recording and managing host privileges.
