Qualifications:

  • Office professional with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and send documents to clients for signatures
  • Track and followup on document signatures to ensure timely completion
  • Assist with minor reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
  • Direct calls to the appropriate staff members and relay messages accurately
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 10 weeks

Salary:
$16.55 per hour

Schedule:

  • 10 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
