About The Role


Essity Professional Hygiene is looking for an experienced
Key Account Manager - Industrial who is responsible for providing on-going support to high value clients that improves Essity's Industrial channel access.

They will implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with national and large regional Industrial/MRO distribution.

What You Will Do

  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales processes and account plans to meet/exceed sales targets.
  • Identify and engage in optimal partnership opportunities with national and large regional distributors to increase channel access.
  • Drive contract negotiations including terms and conditions, product offers and pricing in line with overall product and pricing strategies.
  • Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risks and opportunities.
  • Recommend products and services (value proposition) that fit well with customer's business needs.
  • Provide ongoing support to high value clients through setting up and leading the key account team/managing internal resources to support business objectives.
  • Maintain a robust pipeline that contributes to improving Essity success and market penetration in the Industrial Segment including Omnichannel acceleration.
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.

Who You Are

  • Strong knowledge of the Industrial segment including key drivers, channels, distribution, products, and purchasing practices.
  • Sales Management experience preferred.
  • High level of Omnichannel proficiency desired.
  • Minimum of 3 years of Industrial account sales.
  • Minimum of 10 years working with and calling on distribution.
  • University Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to travel 50% of time to domestic locations.
  • Proven senior level negotiating skills.
  • Leadership by influence, collaboration, and coaching capabilities.
  • Skilled experience with CRM and Power BI
  • Technical and Financial acumen.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is preferred but not required.
