Recommended Skills:
- 4+ years' Deskside Support experience supporting and troubleshooting Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 36 Experience troubleshooting technical issues, installing/configuring computer hardware/software, printers, and basic network.
- Experience with basic
Active Directory:
access, passwords, and user account.
- Experience working with Assets management.
- Experience utilizing ticket system, i.e., Service Now, ITSM
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Active Technical certifications would be an asset (ITIL, A+)
- Must be eligible to work in Canada.
