About the Role:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Initiate communication with companies that express interest in learning and development of team members.
  • Schedule appointments to gather information, propose products and solicit sales
  • Create ongoing outreach to retain relationships and understand business cycles for companies you are assigned
  • Become a product expert and propose educational offerings based on cues and conversations regarding training needs
  • Maintain company contact records to assure accuracy in outreach
  • Meet and exceed sales and retention goals set annually
  • Identify upsell options and convert to additional sales

  • Ability to be agile, manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with enthusiasm
  • Determined to build strong relationships with peers and our community members
  • Demonstrates an outgoing, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable presence over the telephone and video
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks appropriately
  • 3+ years in an inside sales role with strong sales skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presence and articulate when speaking English
  • Ability to work without direct supervision
  • Ability to work North American hours. Business conducted 8 = 5 EST

  • Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving your goals
  • Previous experience working in sales
  • Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Docs, and Slides) preferred.

Required resources (must have):

  • Access to a private space where you can make phone calls and speak at a decent volume during your nighttime shift, which is our North American day time shift
  • Access to reliable (fast) internet
