About the Role:
Key Accountabilities:

- Initiate communication with companies that express interest in learning and development of team members.
- Schedule appointments to gather information, propose products and solicit sales
- Create ongoing outreach to retain relationships and understand business cycles for companies you are assigned
- Become a product expert and propose educational offerings based on cues and conversations regarding training needs
- Maintain company contact records to assure accuracy in outreach
- Meet and exceed sales and retention goals set annually
- Identify upsell options and convert to additional sales

- Ability to be agile, manage multiple priorities and adapt to change with enthusiasm
- Determined to build strong relationships with peers and our community members
- Demonstrates an outgoing, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable presence over the telephone and video
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to stay organized in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks appropriately
- 3+ years in an inside sales role with strong sales skills
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Strong presence and articulate when speaking English
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Ability to work North American hours. Business conducted 8 = 5 EST

Corporate Education Product Sales JD
- Strong work ethic and a commitment to achieving your goals
- Previous experience working in sales
- Proficiency in Google Suite (Drive, Sheets, Gmail, Docs, and Slides) preferred. Required resources (must have):

- Access to a private space where you can make phone calls and speak at a decent volume during your nighttime shift, which is our North American day time shift
- Access to reliable (fast) internet
