Supply Ontario is a new centralized procurement agency that was formed in 2020 that will enable a whole-of government approach to purchasing goods and services.

The Enterprise IT Services team is looking for Fee-for-Service (FFS) resources to assist in standing up and maturing our IT capabilities, directly supporting the strategic vision and expected outcomes for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall Project Oversight:

Lead the initiation, planning, execution, and closure of key priority projects.

Ensure alignment of projects with the agency's strategic goals and objectives.

Client Relationship Management (CRM) Tools:

Direct the implementation and optimization of Client Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define CRM requirements and functionalities.

Drive user adoption through effective training and change management strategies.

Development of IT Governance Framework:

Lead the establishment of a robust IT governance framework for the new agency.

Collaborate with key stakeholders to define governance policies, procedures, and standards.

Implement IT governance policies and ensure adherence across the organization.

Monitor and enforce compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Identify and assess IT-related risks, proposing mitigation strategies.

Ensure the integration of risk management practices into the IT governance framework.

4.

Knowledge, Records & Information Management:

Lead the development and implementation of knowledge and records management systems.

Ensure compliance with information governance policies and regulatory requirements.

Facilitate training programs on information management and knowledge sharing.

5.

Operational Support:

Oversee projects related to operational support functions, collaborating with IT, HR, and support departments.

Implement technology solutions to optimize operational processes.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators for operational support initiatives.

General Skills

Project Management Expertise:
Proven experience in managing complex IT projects

Desirable Qualifications:

Educational Background:
A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related disciplines.


Relevant professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), or CAPM (Certified Associate in Project Management) would be valuable.
