General idea for this position is the sanitation and cleanliness of the daily kitchen operations. The ideal person would demonstrate a good work attitude by personally performing tasks and leading with excellence.

You should also want to work to constantly improve guest satisfaction while keeping up with daily sanitation and kitchen needs.


Responsibilities include and are not limited to:

  • Looking after the dish kitchen in entirety.
  • Understanding that no job is above or below anyone. Everyone has a distinct roll in what makes us great
  • Look after the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, and in extension the restaurant, lounge, and waste disposal areas.
  • Maintaining the dish machine to excellence always.
  • Receiving and stocking orders in there appropriate locations.
  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and guests

Requirements:

  • Handson working experience preferred, but we welcome all who wish to learn
  • Excellent attendance and attention to detail
  • Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
  • Capable of working nights, as well as early mornings.
  • Communication and respect above all else
