Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper at Erie Beach Hotel Limited.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work surfaces to maintain a high level of hygiene.
- Operate dishwashers and washing machines to ensure dishes, glassware, and flatware are clean and sanitized.
- Store dishes, utensils, and equipment in designated areas to maintain organization and efficiency.
- Assist with food preparation, including portioning and wrapping food items.
- Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs.
- Participate in cleaning and sanitizing the kitchen, including floors, walls, and equipment.
- Handle and store cleaning products and supplies in designated areas.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Will train on the job.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physically demanding role requiring standing for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Reliability and teamwork skills essential.
This is a permanent position with a variable schedule of 21 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
