Position Summary


Reporting and working closely with the Office Administrator, this position provides general administrative support to the company with a focus on scheduling, customer service and some bookkeeping duties.


Duties and responsibilities include (but are not limited to);
Answering telephones

Scheduling service work

Ordering supplies

Invoicing

Customer relations

Greeting customers

Inspection and Service Reports

Typing up estimates

Maintaining files

Photocopying

Filing

Input of payables

Creating sales orders

Qualifications:

Must be proficient in Microsoft office suite.

Must have a high school diploma, college diploma in business administration, or qualifying experience references.

Some knowledge of QuickBooks and accounting principles preferred but not required.

Salary:
$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location:
In person
