Overview & Responsibilities

Responsibilites

P & L responsibilities for the overall administration of the Service Center.

Develop strategies to develop the facility to advance sales and return on investment.


Plan and organize methods to develop the facility and it's personnel to implement the strategies and achieve the planned goals.

Monitor expenses and establish controls to insure profitability along the lines established in the plan.

Implement the Elliott Quality Assurance programs and oversee ISO-9002 compliance.

Warranty, scrap and rework, and cost reduction planning and implementation.

Implement procedures to meet and achieve compliance of local and governmental regulatory requirements.

Monitor safety committee recommendations and implement safety programs in an attempt to minimize OSHA reportable injuries.

Monitor supervisory personnel performance to insure that all personnel are treated fairly and equally.

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience as a general manager, site manager, service center manager or similar.
  • Turbomachinery or pumps industry preferred.
  • Full P&L Responsibilities.
  • Mathematics & Business Finance Skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • PENG Certification is a plus.
  • Sales background is a plus.
