Job Summary

The Massage Therapy Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our spa, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Establish and implement policies and procedures for staff, plan and control budget and inventory, manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies, and hire, train, and supervise staff.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, including managing staff schedules and ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members and provide guidance and support as needed.
  • Transportation and Travel: Own transportation is required for this role.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: The Massage Therapy Center Manager will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: The ideal candidate will possess excellent written communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
