Job Summary:

The Massage Therapy Center Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our massage therapy center, ensuring that all staff members are providing exceptional service to our clients, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train massage therapists, ensuring they meet our high standards of service and quality.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Operations: Plan, organize, and control daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain high standards of quality, ensuring that all services meet our clients' expectations.
Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP diploma in a related field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Work Setting: Spa environment.
  • Transportation/Travel Information: Own transportation required.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
  • Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, client focus, and team player.
