We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Distribution Center Operations Lead to join our team at La Senza. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our Distribution Center, ensuring efficient and profitable processes related to e-commerce fulfillment.
This role serves as a hands-on leader for the E-commerce Distribution Center and the Operations Associates, reporting directly to the Distribution Center Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the receipt, storage, and shipment of goods, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Lead a team of 6-8 Operations Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and meet productivity standards.
- Manage daily operations to optimize productivity, accuracy, and safety.
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment, adhering to company protocols and regulations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and other operational issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce orders.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse operations, with a focus on management and leadership.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity standards and deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technology applications, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Salesforce.
- Physical ability to lift, bend, and move products up to 50lbs consistently.
