Warehouse Administrator and Invoicing
Location:
Applicant must be able to commute to Listowel, ON

This role will be responsible for performing daily warehouse administrative duties which mainly consist of creating and handling inquires with regards to customers invoices, inventory and logistics.
Qualifications:
- Accurate data entry skills
- Experience as an invoice clerk or in general warehouse administration is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment that requires adaptability and onthespot problem solving
- The ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to multi task, prioritize responsibilities, consistently meet deadlines and possess strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and undertake new challenges
- Bilingual in English and French preferred but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Create customer invoices and inventories from picked and packed orders from picking team
- Assisting the dispatch clerk in ensuring that carriers scheduled and are provided with the proper shipping manifests and/or shipping documentation.
- Processing entries for shipping / receiving, vendor claims, and credit notes
- Fixing billing errors by issuing debit and credit memos.
- Ensuring that client information details are accurate, kept uptodate and organized.
- Liaising with the logistics carriers and ensuring that goods are dispatched on time, ensuring delivery with tracking information being provided to management and customers.
- Assist with physical inventories and reconciliations
- Analyze paperwork received, (supplier invoices, BOL, packing slips) with attention to details in order to ensure information accuracy and address any discrepancies
- General administration and support for logistics and shipping and receiving departments
- Wrapping skids and labeling of skids and assist with staging product for shipment
- Other duties as required.

$20.00-$22.00 per hour
