You will contribute within our strategic programs portfolio, helping to keeping our leadership team informed, and supporting governance practices to assure our most strategic projects are advancing to plan.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do


Working with the Portfolio Director, project sponsors, internal partners, and 3rd party consultants, you will help manage multiple governance responsibilities within the projects business portfolio.

Governance accountabilities including project intake (ideation and business case gates), change management, and monitoring project performance within the portfolio. You will work with all partners and in close partnership with the Moneris corporate PMO.

You will report to the Director, Portfolio Management.- Prepare for program meetings - creating agenda's, gathering input, creating PowerPoint presentations, and coordinating with presenters to assure their readiness- Attend program meetings, help present updates, record meeting minutes, action items and other important project deliverables/decisions, and distribute promptly- Maintain the strategic programs RAID log, following up and holding partners accountable for assigned actions.- Oversee the accurate reporting of project health, working with Project Managers to understand the status of individual projects, gather weekly status reports, and build a weekly update view tailored for different audiences (including Executives).- Consolidate information into varied program/project views, summarizing details on achievements, risks, financials, action items, timelines, etc.- Consolidate metrics into a dashboard at a portfolio level and distribute to executives to allow them to view and analyze progress and performance at a portfolio level.- Work with PMO governance to improve processes and integration / coordination between PMO and the Strategic Programs portfolio- Build financial reporting to track portfolio performance, working in partnership with PMO and Finance teams- Enhance and maintain project SharePoint and Teams sites ( working with technology infrastructure) assuring all program materials are up to date and accessible- Maintain program SharePoint with updated templates, reports, presentations, meeting announcements, etc.


Your Moneris Career - What you bring- Minimum 2-years of experience working in similar capacity ( within an Enterprise PMO), using a disciplined PMI and Agile methodology, with skills in EPM as a tool.- Experience with project scheduling, maintaining RAID logs, and knowledge of different project methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).

Experience in gathering, organizing and summarizing data and documentation.- Experience managing the repository of the project artifacts, including project documentation, status reports, meeting minutes, reporting and follow up.- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently and effectively communicate, interact, and collaborate at all levels- Ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships within a matrixed organization, and with external consultants and partners.- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and multi-task, while maintaining attention to detail, in a fast-paced, 'high-tech' environment- Must be a self-starter and can work without supervision.- Ability to work in a very fast paced and demanding work environment.- Excellent attention to detail.
