  • Directing clients to the boardroom
  • Handling all courier and mail incoming, outgoing and distribution
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Assist clients with payment
  • Opening and closing files
  • Ordering searches
  • Keeping boardroom and reception area tidy
  • General office support

Requirements:

  • Previous receptionist work experience is an asset.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to work as an individual or team member
  • Positive, personable, with excellent time management skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office is mandatory
