Sprinter Delivery Ltd. is a courier company that specializes in delivering packages to the Sunshine Coast.

We are currently hiring an Office Administrator for our Coquitlam office.

Duties include:

  • Showing up everyday, on time, except for vacation or statutory leaves. Notifying about sick days as soon as possible.
  • Responding to messages and phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. Communicating with team members all relevant information promptly and effectively.
  • Portray a professional and respectful attitude to employees, management, and members of the public.
  • Checking prior week's UPS reports for open stops and resolving them.
  • Dealing with Domestic problem packages in a timely manner.
  • Answering the phone
  • Dispatching pickups immediately and handling them when they show up at the office (via Canada Post or overweight agent).
  • Get quotes and book overweights
  • Provide training to employees when needed.
  • Driving when needed.
  • Lifting 50 lbs.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Pay:
$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
