About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at GNW ABM SOLUTION Inc. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, including maintaining records, coordinating travel arrangements, and ordering supplies.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between our team and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and partners.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
