About the Role

Rapidcrete Construction Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including preparing and editing documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain financial records.
  • Coordination: Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including implementing new administrative procedures and reviewing and evaluating existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
