About the Role:


CrowdStrike is currently looking for a Regional Alliance Manager to help us design, build, and implement a successful partner and alliances strategy in Canada.


Success in this position will require:

building a strong, productive relationship with existing partners, strategic identification, recruitment & onboarding, a focus on growing our business opportunities within the VAR/Reseller, Technology Alliance, and GSIs - achievement of a marked increase in the number of partner-originated opportunities/deal registrations.


What You'll Do:

  • Identify and collaborate with partners regarding successful engagement, launches, and enablement up to and including the delivery of sales, product and support trainings as required.
  • Coordinate with CrowdStrike Partner Solution Architect and Sales Engineer on technical and sales enablement for strategic and focus partners. Develop an enablement plan that supports the partner sales strategy for the territory.
  • Support/facilitate engagement of our internal field sales and technical teams with partners' sales and technical teams account mapping, relationship building and information sharing.
  • Strategize/coordinate with field marketing on design and execution of marketing programs/events/campaigns, geared towards creating opportunity interest among partners' customers.
  • Develop a business plan outlining how target revenues and objectives for the year will be achieved.
  • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of the cybersecurity industry, territory, existing and target partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of CrowdStrike products, sales strategies/objectives, value proposition.
  • Ability to travel 2550%.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned.

What You'll Need:

  • Fluent French Canadian.
  • University/College degree or equivalent experience required. 5+ years of channel/partner/alliances sales experience in a software/SaaS business to business environment with a proven history of consistent quota overachievement.
  • Methodical thinker and hunter mentality who takes initiative and is capable of direct problem solving as well as ability to generate ideas and solutions.
  • New partner development experience as well as knowledge of decision makers within the Canadian Partner and Alliances ecosystem.
  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels from field sales to Clevel and business owners.
  • Motivated and focused initiativetaker with strong leadership skills who can multitask, work independently and within a team.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and communication skills necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience in the information security space and strong technical knowledge with a broad range of security and networking technologies.
