this roleWhat will you be doing? You'll work on achieving sustainable growth within the Inside Sales Account Manager role.

The Inside Sales Account Manager will build and maintain customer relationships to drive business growth and profitability.

In addition, they will manage accounts and product lines to align with key sales activities.



  • Generate accurate sales forecasts for informed business decisions
  • Collaborate with marketing and the MAG group for lead generation
  • Assess and enhance sales practices for effectiveness and sales generation
  • Recommend and implement sales practice improvements
  • Address and resolve escalated customer complaints
  • Strive to meet sales targets
  • Create a systematic lead nurturing and sales closing process
  • Utilize market analysis tools to understand customer behavior and trends
  • Coordinate with Sales for immediate issue resolution
  • Notify customers of supplier/product changes via appropriate channels

About YouEducation / Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent experience
  • Previous inside sales experience required
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
