Inside Sales Representative role involves managing customer relationships, generating leads, and providing top-tier customer service in a dynamic supply chain environment.

NUTEM is a best-in-class manufacturer of home care and personal care products, committed to delivering high-quality products and reducing its environmental impact.

The Inside Sales Representative will be a key member of our team, responsible for identifying, developing, and assisting with sales and customer service. This person will work directly with the head of sales team/customer service and business development.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to current and future clients.
  • Generate leads and open new accounts with the help of our international Broker.
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls regarding customer service and sales.
  • Assist with price negotiations and costing.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts and orders.
  • Maintain customer and business development leads.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

  • 1-2 years of inside sales, account management, and customer service experience.
  • College diploma or bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent follow-up skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Committed to providing top-tier customer service.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Skilled at problem solving.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both with your team and with customers.
  • Possession of passion and knowledge of the food industry is a bonus.
