About the opportunity
As an integral part of the "we can do that" operation, this position is responsible for administrative tasks related to the sales department

Specifically:

  • Greet customers
  • Answering phone calls
  • Taking deposits for vehicle transactions
  • Vehicle Licensing
  • Scanning documents for accounting and Mercedes-Benz Financial Services
  • Stock inventory

About you.

  • Postsecondary diploma/degree in any discipline or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in a highstandard customer service environment preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an automotive retail environment
  • Computer skills: MS Office, One-Eighty
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Attention to detail, maintains high accuracy and has strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Strong leadership qualities, demonstrates initiative, and the desire to be part of an effective team
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to effectively respond to and meet the needs of a diverse client base
