Qualifications

  • Organize and coordinate events such as seminars and conferences
  • Develop and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Document and prepare minutes for meetings, seminars, and conferences
  • Administer contracts and agreements
  • Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information
  • Supervise the creation of reports
  • Procure office supplies and manage inventory levels
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to effectively communicate marketing strategies
  • Provide ongoing support to clients post-sale
