  • Documentation: Take minutes during meetings and prepare comprehensive reports.
  • Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with clients and vendors.
  • Data Compilation: Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
  • Report Preparation: Supervise the creation of various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
  • Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to convey marketing messages effectively.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.

  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week.
