- Contract Management: Oversee and manage contracts with clients and vendors.
- Data Compilation: Gather and analyze data, statistics, and other relevant information.
- Report Preparation: Supervise the creation of various reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Inventory Management: Order and maintain office supplies and inventory levels.
- Travel Arrangements: Organize travel plans, itineraries, and reservations.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to convey marketing messages effectively.
- Client Support: Provide ongoing assistance to clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction.
- Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
- Employment Type: Permanent position.
- Language: Proficiency in English is required.
