About the Opportunity

This role is an integral part of the dealership's operations, responsible for the administration of vehicle inventory, transactions, and sales. Key responsibilities include:

  • Recording and tracking vehicle transactions and deliveries using the dealership management system
  • Maintaining vehicle inventory in the dealership management system (DMS)
  • Registering new and pre-owned vehicles
  • Performing vehicle licensing and administration
  • Preparing vehicle transaction funding documents for the financial services department
  • Organizing and arranging dealer vehicle trades
  • Preparing final delivery checklists for customers, ensuring all required documents and programs are administratively fulfilled
  • Completing files to be sent to the accounting department for final processing
  • Providing backup receptionist support as needed
About You

Ideal candidates will have a strong background and proven experience in administration, including:

  • 1 to 2 years of proven experience in administration
  • Secondary School diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Proficiency working with ERP systems (e.g., CDK/Reynolds) is an asset
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate professionally (verbally and written)
  • Strong attention to detail, organized, and strategic
  • Ability to maintain professionalism
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for excellence in execution
  • A desire to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
  • A proven commitment to quality of work
