Sales and Administrative Support Specialist

Omnivex Corporation is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales and Administrative Support Specialist to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the operational efficiency of the department and smooth coordination with other departments.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including creating quotes, scheduling meetings, and coordinating tradeshow support
- Assist with data entry into the CRM system
- Manage and update the CRM with accurate information
- Coordinate communication flow between the sales team and other departments
- Maintain and organize sales documents and email
- 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience in a technology-related field
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
