Requirements:

  • Passion for our mission of empowering small businesses to thrive

  • Experience with large deal sizes (>$500k in financing/loans or >250k with SaaS type deals)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound leads: Respond to incoming inquiries from prospective clients, answer their questions, and provide accurate information about our factoring services
  • Lead conversion: Develop relationships with potential clients, understand their unique needs, and effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of our factoring solutions
  • Consultative selling: Conduct thorough factfinding conversations to identify client pain points and propose tailored factoring solutions to address their financial challenges
  • Account management: Collaborate with internal teams to onboard new clients successfully and ensure smooth transitions. Maintain regular communication with clients to provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly
  • Pipeline management: Track and manage leads and opportunities using SalesForce, update records, notes, and provide accurate forecasts to the management team
