Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Onboarding Senior Representative to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our onboarding team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, while maintaining the highest level of quality and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze client account opening documents to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm policies.
  • Provide expert support to clients and internal stakeholders on account opening related queries, ensuring timely and accurate resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless onboarding processes and high-quality client experiences.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of industry regulations, firm policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and quality.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field.
  • Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
