You are the face of the hotel As a Guest Services Representative, you are responsible to ensure that guests arriving and departing the hotel are greeted with a friendly face and attitude.

As a part of our award-winning team, your responsibility will be to:

  • Check guests in and out meeting the established brand and property standards
  • Assist and fulfill guest requests
  • Create and modify reservations using computer software
  • Assist other departments as required to ensure smooth hotel operations
Some skills that will be key to being successful in this role are:

  • Proficient in basic usage of computer software (web browsers, word, excel, etc.)
  • Efficient at working alone, and ability to effectively manage time

We are looking primarily for the
afternoon shift (3pm-11pm), but at times there will be required coverage of the morning shift (7am-3pm).

Shifts will be all days off the week including weekends and holidays.

$16.00-$16.50 per hour
